Our primary scope of work covers critical area analysis for wetlands, streams, steep slopes and other environmental conditions.

Our goal in the initial project steps is to help the land buyer, owner or seller understand the restrictions and conditons which will affect the development of the parcel.

Once a plan is developed we can provide services which take the application and permits through the regulatory system as well as provide project menagement for your site development. 

 

 

Our primary service is an on -site review and client meeting.  Costs of this review are between $450.00 and $1,295.00 depending on location, complexity of site and size.  This gives the client a chance to learn detailed information about the sites conditions, ask questions pertaining to the information as it is presented and aimed to provide you with an understanding of some of the review criteria if you do move on to another parcel.

Each of these reviews provides a level of information which can help the client decide to go further with the lot or look to another site.

What We Do

 

Thank you for considering Blue Heron Services Inc for your proposed land development review

 

If you feel these review options don't meet your needs   please let me know; we have several ways in which to help first time clients begin their projects
In order to provide you with the details of  an on site review we need:  Tax number of the parcel you are working with as well as any back ground information on the parcel you have   (so as to confirm site location and conditions). The owner (sellers) name and the site address, if available, provide a good cross reference.
Typically we have three levels of review:
$250.00  which provides the client with a brief report and sketch of the site after a walk through by Blue Heron Staff on a parcel less then 1.5  acres  
We conduct no meeting on or off site and all additional work will be billed hourly.
$350.00  Provides a "Walk Through" and basic on site flagging.  This will help to establish a base understanding of any critical or sensitive areas on the lot which may limit development potential.   We also take a look at the possible Regulatory Review's; this helps assess what current regulations (by any number of agencies) might govern development on the site and provide information as to which agencies will lead on the most difficult development aspects of the parcel. 
$450.00  The Map and Pre-permit study review addresses on site conditions, review of what information is available from the agencies and regulators on or near by a particular site.  This data may provide detailed information about issues around development prior to preceding with the next steps.  
These three levels of review can be incorporated into our larger reviews if the client proceeds with additional pre- development work.
